The firm leading the Arizona Election Audit, CYBER NINJAS, reached a settlement with the Arizona Democrat Party and Democrat Secretary of State, Katie Hobbs.
The 5 main points of the Settlement are:
1. Cyber Ninjas will not compare early ballot signatures with those on the government’s voter file. If they choose to do so in the future, they must give a 48 hour notice to the AZ Democrats and Secretary of state
2. They will allow more access to local media outlets
3. They will allow AZ Secretary of State observers to attend the audit
4. Abide by the procedures and policies that were submitted to the AZ Court the week prior.
5. Procedures that both sides will abide by if there is a belief that one party breached the terms of the settlement.
